Tasks
- Develop and execute international expansion strategies: do everything that is needed for us to enter and successfully penetrate new European markets and beyond.
- Outperform on own sales targets. Negotiate and close major deals ensuring optimal terms for the company.
- Build lead motivate and manage the international expansion team: ensure high performance and professional growth within the team oversee daily operations make sure we set up and run processes and workflows.
- Analyse market trends competitive landscapes and regulatory environments to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong longlasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Promote teamwork and collaboration within the Growth team and across departments (Operations and Tech).
Requirements
- You have successfully built and led teams in international markets or multimarket environments. Experience managing diverse teams across different geographies is a plus.
- You are a role model and have 2 years of experience in B2B sales. You built and managed your own pipeline (from lead generation to customer success). You achieved and overachieved ambitious sales targets.
- You have a handson attitude you have a pragmatic yet structured approach to get things done.
- You demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills in English and are fluent in other languages (eg: Spanish Italian...)
- You have experience in competitive and fast paced environments such as consulting VC or hyper growth startups
