Job Overview
We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join our team of engineers.
You will be working on all the stages of the production process that is designing components developing manufacturing and completion of a final product. You should analyze the whole manufacturing process as well as provide a detailed report on the basis of facts and figures. In addition to this You also need to design develop and test tools and engine components that truly meet the requirements. You should conduct experiments to ensure top quality.

Responsibilities
- Proficient in Solid works CAD and Drafting Module.
- Executing mechanical designs using 3D CAD programs.
- Performing computer simulations and experiments to virtually test and refine the designs.
- Good knowledge of PBCA integration with mechanical enclosure.
- Overseeing the development and manufacturing of physical prototypes for testing.
- Sound knowledge of plastic injection mold DFM FMEA and MFA.
- Knowledge of sheet metal and casting processes.
- Sound knowledge of GD&T and tolerance stack up analysis.
- Documenting the design process iterations and test analytics.
- Preparing technical reports design specifications documents and operational manuals.
- Keeping abreast of the latest advancements in technology design trends and engineering best practices.
- Vendor development and validation.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering.
- A minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience as a mechanical design engineer.
- Sound knowledge of design and engineering principles and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Attentive to detail and critically minded.
