HR Specialist
This role is responsible for providing support to the HR department and business. They will assist in various HR functions including but not limited to Total Rewards Talent Acquisition People Relations Business Processes & Analytics Internal Communication and Facility Management. The Specialist will collaborate with HR team members to ensure accurate and efficient HR operations.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent related experience.
- Prior experience in an HR support role or internship is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of HR policies procedures and employment laws.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS software.
- Travel required: < 10%
- Preferred: bilingual in Spanish and English.
Role & Responsibility:
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and questions.
- Assist in administering HR programs including compensation/benefits talent acquisition orientation & onboarding training and performance management.
- Maintain records ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare reports as needed.
- Keep up to date with employment laws/regulations including necessary legal postings to ensure compliance.
- Assist in the creation of purchase orders and receiving of invoices as needed.
- Support across HR operations.
