Must have 8 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of network protocols including TCP/IP OSPF BGP Traffic Engineering Spanning tree (RSTP & MST) VPC MLAG PBR etc.
Familiarity with network security principles and integration of security controls into the network infrastructure.
Experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools such as Wireshark SNMP and NetFlow.
Hands on experience of working on Cisco Nexus 5k 7k and 9K devices Aristajuniper 5100 devices.
Hands on experience on Data Centre Fabric technologies like ACI Arista EVPN and Juniper Apstra.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Relevant certifications such as CCNP CCIE JNCIP or equivalent are desirable.
Collaboration with various teams in understanding the requirement and implement Network service accordingly.
Experience in VMware technologies such as VMWare NSX T is an added advantage.
Professional certifications such as CCNP CCIE or equivalent are highly desirable.
Solid understanding of networking protocols ( IPSEC HSRP BGP OSPF 802.11 QoS).
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network issues. Perform regular maintenance and updates on network equipment and software.
Implement and maintain network security measures to protect against unauthorized access and threats.
Collaborate with other teams to design and implement network solutions that meet business requirements.
Analyze network traffic patterns and optimize network performance. Document network configurations procedures and troubleshooting steps.
Provide technical support and guidance to endusers and other IT teams.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies related to networking

Responsible for planning and coordinating all the activities required to perform monitor and report on the process
Remediate deviation of a process for its particular division/department
Responsible for communicating with the Incident Process Owner
Represent the first stage of escalation for Incidents
Monitor the incidents to ensure that the Service Level Agreement are respected
Establish continuous process improvement cycles where the process performance activities roles and responsibilities policies procedures and supporting technology is reviewed and enhanced where applicable.
