Job Responsibilities for Personal Support Workers (PSWs)Client Details:
- Patient: PostOperative Care Patient
- Client Location: Starting Location: Mississauga; Ending Location: Pickering
We are currently looking to hire two personal support workers to provide postoperative care on a day and night shift basis. The ideal candidates will be compassionate attentive and experienced in providing care to individuals recovering from surgery.
Responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with activities of daily living
- Monitoring vital signs
- Administering medication as directed
- Providing emotional support to patients and their families
Qualifications:
Personal Support Worker certification
Previous experience in postoperative care is Mandatory
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Flexibility to work day and night shifts
Shift:
Morning Shift: 10:00 am 3:00 pm
Night Shift: 11:00 pm 7:00 am
Length of Assignment: 4 weeks
Pay Rate: $22.00/hr
