Job Opening: Junior to Lead Level Insurance Claims/Investigation Specialists


Job Description

Join a global leader in servicing insurance clients with claims investigations and mediation for construction and infrastructure projects. We are seeking skilled professionals at various levels from Junior to Lead/Manager who can effectively handle a range of insurance claims from straightforward desk claims to more complex investigations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Claims Management: Efficiently manage insurance claims for the construction and infrastructure sectors.
  • Investigation: Conduct thorough investigations into claim circumstances contracts liabilities and causes of events for complex cases.
  • Cost Assessment: Accurately establish and manage costs in relation to insurance policies.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Handson experience with insurance claims and investigations particularly in building construction and infrastructure sectors.
  • Education: Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Skills:
    • Strong clientfocused work ethic.
    • Excellent communication skills for interaction with internal teams and external insurance clients.
    • Ability to work as part of a team and take ownership of tasks until completion.
    • Fluent in Dutch at a business level and proficient in English.
