Role Overview:

As a Survey Crew Member you will play a crucial role in collecting and analyzing data to support engineering projects. Your work will include developing plats for commercial and residential properties and staking building and property corners. You will use stateoftheart surveying equipment and technology to deliver highquality results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct surveys using advanced equipment to gather accurate measurements and data including topography boundaries and existing structures.
  
• Identify land boundaries markers and existing infrastructure to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  
• Collaborate with project managers engineers and architects to provide essential survey information for design and construction.
  
• Perform field surveys to measure and map land using various surveying instruments to establish precise control points and reference systems.
  
• Collect measurements coordinates and other relevant data such as elevation distance and angles to define land boundaries and features.
  
• Conduct topographic surveys to map natural and manmade features including contours vegetation utilities and structures.
  
• Work with project teams to support engineering and construction activities providing recommendations for planning and design.
  
• Research and analyze land records property titles and legal restrictions.
  
• Ensure compliance with surveying standards regulations and safety protocols.
  
• Follow safety procedures during fieldwork and maintain high ethical standards in surveying practices.
  

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in surveying techniques equipment and software
  
• Knowledge of land survey laws regulations and best practices
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong communication and collaboration skills
