Certified Land Surveyor About The Job
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Certified Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Certified Land Surveyor you will be responsible for conducting land surveys preparing survey reports and providing accurate data for various projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in land surveying excellent technical skills and a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct land surveys to determine property boundaries topography and other relevant information.
- Utilize surveying equipment such as total stations GPS systems and digital levels to collect accurate data.
- Prepare survey reports maps and legal descriptions for clients and regulatory agencies.
- Collaborate with engineers architects and other professionals to ensure survey data meets project requirements.
- Maintain survey records and documentation in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
- Provide expert testimony in legal proceedings if required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Surveying Geomatics Civil Engineering or related field.
- Certified Survey Technician (CST) or Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) certification required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in land surveying with a strong understanding of surveying principles and techniques.
