Lead the support team in providing ongoing technical support for the ERP system. Develop and maintain support processes including incident management and escalation procedures. Monitor system performance and ensure issues are resolved promptly.Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Information Technology or related field.
5 years of experience in IT support with a focus on ERP systems.
Strong leadership and problemsolving skills.
Experience with ITIL or other support frameworks.
Matric and diploma / Degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field. EXPERIENCE (PRACTICAL ON-THEJOB EXPERIENCE) 3-5 years experience administering an ERP system. Experience with ERP Systems advantageous Experience in, report writers, SQL, workflow, and UML modelling advantageous. Must have experience managing projects, setting up, deployment of information systems. Experience in Microsoft 365 products and Business reporting Tools/Solutions will be advantageous KEY COMPETENCIES Knowledge (what must I know): Computer Literate Excel ERP systems Skills and Abilities (what must I be able to do / display) Have a good understanding of business processes and the documentation thereof.
