Job Role Overview :

We are looking for a dynamic and techsavvy Zoho Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience working with Zoho CRM Zoho Marketing applications and Zoho Analytics. You will be responsible for integrating Zoho apps with thirdparty tools creating custom dashboards and managing the overall administration of Zoho applications. This role requires someone who is quick with technology has strong analytical skills and can work closely with our operations and management teams to deliver highquality reports and solutions.

Responsibilities:

Zoho CRM & Marketing Integration: Customize and integrate Zoho CRM and Marketing applications with thirdparty apps to streamline processes.
Zoho Administration: Manage user accounts security settings and data within Zoho applications.
Analytics & Reporting: Design and manage dashboards in Zoho Analytics providing weekly reports and actionable insights to management.
Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with operations and admin managers to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Zoho features and best practices to continually improve the efficiency of our Zoho ecosystem.



Skills Required:

Minimum 2 years of experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho Marketing applications.
Handson experience with Zoho Analytics including dashboard creation and data interpretation.
Strong understanding of Zoho administration tasks.
Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
Quick learner especially with new technology and software.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
