Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Documents Controller to join our team in the Financial Services industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in document control and management. As a Documents Controller you will be responsible for organizing managing and maintaining all company documents in a systematic and efficient manner. You will ensure that all documents are up to date accurately filed and easily accessible to authorized personnel. Additionally you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining document control procedures and policies to ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities:
. Organize and manage all company documents
. Ensure all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible
. Implement and maintain document control procedures and policies
. Ensure compliance with industry regulations
. Collaborate with various departments to gather and organize documents
. Train and support staff on document control procedures and systems



Requirements

Bachelors degree in a relevant field
Proven experience as a Documents Controller or similar role
Strong understanding of document management systems and procedures
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment
Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements



Minimum of 12 months of experience in retail sales. Experience in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector is an added advantage. Good communication skills are essential. Must possess a Two Wheeler and a valid driving license.
