What you will be doing:
- Handle employment litigation cases
- Work on cases in connection with Title VII of the Civil Rights Act
- Manage cases involving the New York State Human Rights Law
- Address cases related to the New York City Human Rights Law
- Assist with cases pertaining to the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA)
Experience you will need:
- At least 3 years of employment litigation experience
- Experience with Title VII of the Civil Rights Act
- Experience with the New York State Human Rights Law
- Experience with the New York City Human Rights Law
- Experience with the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA)
