Our client a leading FMCG company in Vietnam is looking for a topnotch talent to join their firm:
- Create and execute monthly quarterly and annual sales plans including promotions budgets and staffing.
- Develop promotional programs for the distribution network (e.g. retailers).
- Manage build and develop the distribution network and oversee the sales team.
- Ensure sales representatives adhere to sales schedules and company policies.
- Monitor and motivate sales teams to achieve sales targets and follow company rules.
- Collect analyze and report daily weekly and monthly sales data from sales supervisors.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs and incentives for sales representatives.
- Gather and report on market trends brand positioning and set goals for the assigned region.
- Train sales supervisors and foster a teamoriented work environment.
- Implement advertising and promotional programs manage promotional materials and evaluate program results.
- Report on market conditions sales performance product distribution promotions and inventory levels.
- Maintain customer relationships and address feedback.
- Report on market trends and competitor activities.
- Analyzing market trends and developing strategies to increase sales.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
Requirements
Bachelors degree
Minimum of 1 year in a similar position or 3 years as a Sales Supervisor in the FMCG industry (with more than 500 employees).
Candidates with experience in Management Trainee Sales Trainee or Field Sales Supervisor programs in the FMCG industry are preferred.
Deep understanding of the FMCG market in Hanoi.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with distributors and partners.
Training and Development: Experience and skills in training and developing teams.
Adaptability: Willingness to learn and ability to work under pressure.
Travel: Willingness to travel to provinces for work as required.
