Your Ledger of Key Duties
- Complete Accounts Payable tasks including executing payment runs and managing Purchase Order receipting and approvals.
- Process invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
- Respond to business queries related to the endtoend purchasetopay process.
- Manage the Accounts Payable inbox ensuring queries are addressed and resolved promptly.
- Assist with reporting Accounts Payable balances for the Group including Payment Times Reporting for small vendors.
- Conduct supplier statement reconciliations and maintain supplier records.
- Maintain and update the Delegation of Authority matrix in accordance with company policy.
- Ensure all payments to suppliers grant recipients franchisees etc. go through stringent validation processes as required.
- Assist with monthend duties including bank reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with SOX requirements.
- Support internal and external audit requests.
- Undertake adhoc project work as needed.

- Relevant experience in accounting support roles preferably in a highvolume environment.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
- Proven skills and experience in continuous process improvement.
- Ability to work productively in a fastpaced and agile environment.
- Experience with Netsuite and Zendesk is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to think creatively.
- Solutionsfocused approach to handling tricky situations.
- Experience in completing Accounts Payable tasks including executing payment runs and managing Purchase Order receipting and approvals.
- Ensuring compliance with SOX requirements.
