Sr Quality Control Engineer

• Develop implement and manage quality control procedures and policies for gas piping and detector systems.
  
• Conduct inspections and tests on materials components and finished products to ensure adherence to industry standards and specifications.
  
• Lead quality audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
  
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  
• Oversee the calibration and maintenance of testing equipment and instrumentation.
  
• Review and analyze quality data to identify trends root causes of defects and areas for process enhancement.
  
• Prepare detailed quality reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  
• Ensure proper training of quality control staff and other relevant personnel on quality standards and procedures.
  
• Act as a liaison between the company and clients to address qualityrelated concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
  
• Stay updated with industry developments standards and best practices to continuously improve quality control practices.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Chemical Engineering or a related field.
  
• Proven experience (5 years) as a Quality Control Engineer with a focus on gas piping and detector systems.
  
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations such as ASME API and ISO standards.
  
• Proficiency in quality control techniques and tools including nondestructive testing (NDT) root cause analysis and statistical process control (SPC).
  
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to manage and interpret complex data.
  
• Strong leadership and communication skills with experience in leading quality control teams and collaborating with crossfunctional departments.
  
• Familiarity with quality management software and systems.
  
• Certification in quality control or related areas (e.g. Six Sigma CQI) is a plus.
