Maintenance Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

• Safety & Compliance: Implement and enforce safety and hygiene protocols during interventions.
  
• Team Leadership: Manage the maintenance team conduct team meetings and define maintenance policies.
  
• Budget Management: Oversee the maintenance budget and manage external contractors.
  
• Training & Development: Train new hires and operators on equipment functionality and basic maintenance.
  
• Technical Expertise: Perform regular maintenance troubleshooting and repairs in various technical domains including mechanics hydraulics pneumatics and more.
  

Requirements

Ideal Candidate:

• Holds a Federal Maintenance Certificate or equivalent.
  
• Has a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within the food industry.
  
• Demonstrates strong leadership skills and has prior experience in team management.
  
• Is autonomous proactive responsible and committed.
  
• Possesses excellent diagnostic skills and a teamoriented mindset.
  
• Fluent in French and proficient in English.
