Job Description

Jadeer is hiring on behalf of one of our clients in Cairo Egypt.

Our clientis a leading provider of innovative software and hardware solutions. Job Title: CSO (Chief Sales Officer)

Scope:As aChief Sales Officer (CSO) youwill lead the companys sales efforts in both software and hardware ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving revenue growth. The CSO is responsible for developing strategic sales plans overseeing sales operations and fostering customer relationships. This position requires a blend of sales expertise leadership and business acumen to drive sustainable growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business goals and revenue targets.
  • Revenue Generation: Drive new business opportunities develop sales pipelines and set sales targets to maximize revenue.
  • Sales Operations: Oversee sales processes ensuring alignment across departments like marketing finance and operations.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop the sales team fostering a highperformance culture.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Performance Management: Monitor sales performance through KPIs and provide coaching to improve effectiveness.
  • Crossfunctional collaboration: Work with marketing product development and other departments to ensure cohesive efforts towards company objectives.
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Use data analytics for sales forecasting and performance reporting to the executive team.
  • Customer Advocacy: Align sales processes with customer needs enhancing the buyers journey and customer satisfaction.
  • Hiring and Retention: Recruit and retain top sales talent collaborating with HR to create competitive compensation plans.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of 15 years in sales management with a track record of achieving sales growth and leading teams.
  • Skills:
    • Strong industry knowledge particularly in software and hardware solutions.
    • Strategic planning budgeting and forecasting expertise.
    • Proven leadership and communication skills.
    • Proficiency with CRM and sales analytics tools.

  • Excellent negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to adjust sales strategies.
  • Strong collaboration with other company leaders to foster companywide growth.
