A Wealth Management company in Atlanta (Cumberland area) has an excellent opportunity for an Associate Wealth Advisor to join the team. The Associate Wealth Advisor is expected to form longlasting and mutually beneficial relationships with clients team members vendors and the community. The AWA is an integral part of MSWM’s growth strategy. The AWA serves existing MSWM clients and generates new clients through networking referral sources and relationshipbuilding activities.
Responsibilities Include:
- Conducts periodic account reviews as assigned.
- Provides positive and professional service to the assigned client base.
- Engages in professional communications via phone calls text messages emails and meetings focusing on timeliness followup and concierge service.
- Develops updates and presents financial plans as assigned documenting client goals and wealth roadmap.
- Meets with the client to determine financial objectives risk tolerance income expenses assets and liabilities.
- Offers strategic advice on products and services such as investments portfolios mutual funds and annuities.
- Performs market research to remain current with financial and economic trends.
- Generates and develops new client relationships through networking activities referral sources and relationshipbuilding activities supporting the firm’s growth strategy.
- Attend client meetings and complete followup activities in a timely and accurate manner.
- Builds and maintains positive relationships with the assigned client base focusing on trust service and operations and increasing the firm's Assets Under Management (AUM).
- Conducts client education to include monthly webinars.
- Utilizes the CRM to manage schedules and maintain all client documentation.
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as finance accounting economics or business administration
- Competent with word processing spreadsheet database and financial planning software i.e. MoneyGuide Pro Client Relationship Management Microsoft Office Google Products
- Licensure FINRA Series 6 63 65 Life Insurance
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in a related field such as finance or business administration
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) Accredited Financial Counselor (AFC) or industry equivalents (required within the first three years of employment)
- Additional certifications e.g. RICP AIF CFS etc. as part of continuing professional development
