As we continue to grow we are seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Contract Details:
This is a fulltime position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm at our office located in Dallas TX. This is a longterm contract with the opportunity for growth and advancement within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the management team including scheduling meetings preparing reports and presentations
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails phone calls and mail
Maintain and update company databases and records
Assist with the preparation and submission of bids and proposals
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects
Assist with project tracking task management and communication between departments to ensure timely project delivery
Organize internal and external events including team meetings training sessions and companywide functions. Handle logistics such as equipment setup
Oversee Company supplies equipment maintenance and manage relationships with office vendors
Manage office inventory and supplies ordering new items as needed
Serve as a point of contact for clients vendors and service providers managing inquiries resolving issues and routing information to relevant departments.
Support the HR department with various tasks such as maintaining employee records and organizing company events
Other duties as assigned by the management team.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; postsecondary education in business administration or a related field is an asset
Minimum of 12 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer applications
Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of the utility industry is an asset but not required.
Work Schedule
Typical work hours are 8:00am5:00pm Monday through Friday with occasional after hour events. This role may be eligible for three remote work days a week.
