Job Description
Position Overview
Our client a leading healthcare facility in San Leandro CA (94577) is offering a fulltime opportunity for an experienced Operating Room RN Manager. This role comes with a competitive salary range of $145000 to $175000 per year a $20000 signon bonus and comprehensive relocation assistance provided by the hospital. The successful candidate will manage the Operating Room Department ensuring the highest standards of patient care and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the daily operations of the Operating Room ensuring exceptional patient care aligned with the hospital s mission.
- Develop implement and assess OR programs to drive service excellence and departmental growth.
- Ensure accurate and comprehensive recordkeeping of patient assessments within the OR.
- Promote a collaborative interdisciplinary approach to care engaging all members of the OR team.
Qualifications
- ADN required; BSN preferred.
- Valid RN licensure or eligibility for reciprocity.
- AORN certification preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Operating Room RN.
