Job Description

COMPANY OVERVIEW
We are a leading fintech company specializing in capital markets. Our mission is to revolutionize the financial industry through innovative technology and datadriven strategies. We are seeking InvestorRelations & Business Developer
who are passionate about maintaining and enhancing relationships with investors while driving business growth through strategic partnerships market expansion and investment opportunities to join our dynamic team and contribute to our cuttingedge projects. Ideal candidate should be a key point of contact for investors and will play a pivotal role in fostering trust ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunitites for further investment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Investor Relations:
  • Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for existing and potential investors addressing their queries concerns and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Communication: Prepare and distribute regular updates reports and newsletters to investors ensuring transparency and keeping them informed about company performance strategy and market trends.
  • Event Coordination: Organize and manage investor meetings webinars roadshows and other events to foster engagement and communication.
  • Feedback Loop: Gather and analyze investor feedback to identify areas for improvement and ensure their expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Investor Database Management: Maintain accurate records of investor communications preferences and histories in the CRM system.
2. Business Development
  • Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends opportunities and competitive dynamics that could influence business growth and investment strategies
  • Strategic Partnerships: Identify negotiate and establish strategic partnerships and alliances that align with the company s growth objectives.
  • Opportunity Identification: Evaluate and recommend new business opportunities including mergers acquisitions joint ventures and market expansions
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present business development proposals pitch decks and financial models to potential investors partners and stakeholders
  • Networking: Attend industry conferences seminars and networking events to build relationships and promote the company s brand and opportunities.



Requirements

  • Master s Degree or Bachelor s Degree in Finance Marketing Business Administration or related fields
  • Having experience in the PE VC funding ecosystem in Europe and Asia
  • Strong understanding of AI concepts algorithms and architectures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to think strategically.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficient in French and English
