Job Overview
As an Event Coordinator you will be responsible for planning organizing and executing events that align with the mission and values of the company. This role demands excellent organizational abilities attention to detail and strong communication skills. You will work closely with the team to ensure seamless event experiences from conception to completion.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive event timelines coordinating all logistical aspects using tools like Google Calendar and Trello.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and timely responses to all inquiries.
- Coordinate event requirements manage schedules and ensure all necessary documents are prepared and accessible.
- Organize and facilitate team meetings clearly communicating roles responsibilities and deadlines.
- Gather feedback postevent analyze success metrics and generate detailed reports to refine future event processes.
Qualifications
- 5 years of proven experience in event coordination project management or a similar role.
- Background in public relations event management or a related field.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Will be a plus proficiency in Google Workspace Trello and ActiveCampaign.
- Experience working in startups or fastpaced environments.
