Job Description

AtkinsRalis is looking for Project Manager (Neom Site) in NEOM KSA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deputy to Senior Projects Manager in their absence.
  • Work with internal partners the Contractor and service providers to deliver projects while ensuring adherence and compliance with NEOM strategy policy departmental goals and commitments.
  • Responsible for managing and overseeing the Contractor and service providers in the development implementation and handover of THE LINE Projects.
  • Assess and take steps in accordance with the Scope of Work (SoW) that ensures the Contractor and service providers are responding to inquiries in accordance with the SoW.
  • Maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders including maintenance technicians engineers and service delivery staff to promote effective communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain customer confidence by ensuring confidentiality of company data as required.
  • Analyze summarise and interpret data; make appropriate recommendations and decisions related to document management write reports and give oral presentations as required.
  • Plan organise prioritise and perform multiple tasks to perform job functions in an orderly manner.
  • Ability to manage and drive service delivery staff.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Participate in meetings and communicating updates and information to team members and other stakeholders as needed.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the development implementation and handover of facilities.
  • High level of experience in Facility and Project Management and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and industry best practices.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills with an ability to provide stepbystep detailed advice and solutions for remedying failures in service delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral with an ability to articulate clearly and concisely. English proficiency is required (both written and oral).
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite Google Suite and Facility Management Software.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment that requires handling multiple tasks at a given time and rapidly adapting to changing priorities and schedules.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
  • Crosscultural sensitivity with an international perspective.
  • Professional maturity and irreproachable integrity are obligatory

  • A Bachelors Degree in Project Management Construction Management Engineering or related field. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Minimum ten (10) years experience in managing projects and delivery experience for large projects overseas and / or military facilities
