Job Description
Contract Management: Comprehensive understanding of contract management processes, including preparing, reviewing, and monitoring contract execution and ensuring compliance with terms.
Negotiation and Deal Closing: Strong skills in negotiating commercial terms and closing deals to ensure best possible value.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Ability to analyze contract and commercial data, and prepare accurate reports on performance, costs, and risks.
Supplier and Customer Relationship Management: Ability to build and manage effective relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure business objectives are met and collaboration is enhanced.
Understanding of Regulations and Legislation: Knowledge of regulations and laws relating to contracts and commercial matters to ensure compliance and address any legal issues.
