Job Description:
We are seeking an energetic and customerfocused Customer Service Coordinator to join our team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions coordinating service requests and ensuring a high level of satisfaction throughout the customer journey. This role is pivotal in maintaining strong relationships with our clients and supporting our team to deliver exceptional service on every project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients handling inquiries service requests and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Respond to customer emails phone calls and messages promptly ensuring all issues are addressed in a timely manner.
- Service Coordination:
- Coordinate and schedule service requests with internal teams subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely completion of work.
- Track the progress of service requests and provide clients with regular updates.
- Work closely with project managers to align service activities with project timelines and requirements.
- Issue Resolution:
- Address and resolve customer concerns escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members as needed.
- Follow up with customers postservice to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions service requests and resolutions in the companys CRM system.
- Prepare and distribute service reports to management highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with the sales operations and project management teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss ongoing projects service updates and customer feedback.
- Customer Satisfaction:
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve overall client experience.
- Conduct surveys or feedback sessions to gather insights into customer needs and preferences.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Administration Communications or a related field is preferred.
- Experience:
- 2 years of customer service experience preferably in the construction industry or a similar field.
- Familiarity with construction processes terminology and project management is an advantage.
