Our client is seeking a reliable and proactive Duty Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure topnotch guest satisfaction. The Duty Manager will be responsible for handling guest inquiries resolving complaints and supervising staff to maintain a high standard of service. This role requires excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to manage challenging situations.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth running of the hotel
Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently
Supervise staff and provide guidance as needed
Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
Manage emergencies and ensure the safety of guests and staff
Assist in training and development of staff to enhance service quality
Ideal Candidate:
Needs experience in Ireland.
Good English communication skills
Positive attitude and good personality
Valid work permit required
Proven experience in a similar role preferably in a hotel environment
Ability to work independently and make decisions
Strong leadership and problemsolving skills
Able to handle challenging scenarios with locals and guests
