Our client is looking for an organized and customerfocused Reservations Manager in Dublin 22 to lead their reservations department. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and experience in managing hotel reservations. As a Reservations Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the booking process handling guest inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience for all guests.
Responsibilities:
Manage the reservations department to ensure efficient booking processes
Handle guest inquiries and reservations via phone email and online platforms
Monitor room availability and manage overbooking situations
Train and supervise reservations staff fostering a teamoriented environment
Ensure accurate data entry and maintain detailed records
Collaborate with other departments to optimize guest satisfaction
Ideal Candidate:
Needs experience with either Hotsoft or Opera Booking System.
Needs experience in Ireland.
Positive attitude and good personality
Valid work permit required
Proven experience in a similar role preferably in a hotel environment
Ability to work independently and make decisions
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
