Data Engineer fresher

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand data requirements
• Develop and maintain data pipelines for extraction transformation and loading (ETL) processes
• Build and optimize data models for efficient storage and retrieval
• Implement data security and privacy measures
• Conduct data quality checks and ensure data integrity
• Work with cloud platforms for data storage and processing
• Support the integration of new data sources into existing systems
• Contribute to the documentation of data processes and systems
• Participate in troubleshooting and performance tuning of data systems
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in data engineering

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
• Strong understanding of SQL and database management systems
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and methodologies
• Understanding of data modeling and database design
• Familiarity with big data technologies and frameworks
• Ability to conduct data analysis and derive meaningful insights
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS GCP or Azure
• Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices
• Ability to adapt to and learn new technologies quickly
• Understanding of data governance and compliance requirements
• Interest in working in a collaborative and fastpaced environment
• Exposure to agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices
