SDET Lead with C

• Lead the design development and implementation of scalable test automation frameworks using Selenium with C#.
• Drive the QE Practice activities like developing test accelerators test utilities and developing frameworks using multiple open source and commercial tools.
• Define best practices for test automation and ensure adherence across projects.
• Continuously improve and optimize existing automation frameworks and processes.

• Mentor and guide a team of automation engineers providing technical direction and support.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends like AI Gen AI tools and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cuttingedge.
• Ensure high standards of quality are maintained across all automation deliverables.

• Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to understand client requirements and develop tailored test automation solutions.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations demonstrating technical expertise and the value of our solutions.
• Contribute to the preparation of proposals RFP responses and other presales documentation.

• Build strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and providing expert advice on test automation strategies.
• Conduct workshops training sessions and presentations for clients to showcase our capabilities and drive adoption.

• Extensive experience in test automation using Selenium with C# along with Selenium Java & any other commercial tools.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing test automation frameworks from scratch.
• Strong programming skills in C# and a deep understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating test automation into the DevOps process.

• Experience in test solutioning responding to RFPs and creating compelling proposals.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with clients understand their needs and propose effective solutions.

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage a team of automation engineers.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
