Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated IT Sales/Business Development Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for generating leads qualifying prospects and contributing to the overall growth of our business. This role emphasizes lead generation and requires strong communication skills proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize and actively engage in lead generation using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other platforms to identify potential clients.
- Initiate conversations and build relationships with prospects via phone and email.
- Schedule meetings and appointments with key stakeholders to discuss potential collaborations.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls presentations and closed deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and execute leadgeneration campaigns.
- Provide regular updates on the sales pipeline and progress toward lead generation goals.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and objectives driving revenue growth and contributing to the overall success of the sales team and organization.
Requirements:
- 23 years of proven experience in a business development or sales role preferably in the IT services industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Willingness to work onsite at our office in Ahmedabad Gujarat.
