The role requires the incumbent to assist in the daily operations of cargo bookings ensuring accuracy and timely communication with customers.
This position demands proficiency in handling various administrative tasks related to cargo sales and close coordination with multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with daily cargo sales bookings across various airline products.
- Secure and confirm booking capacities with airlines and communicate with customers accordingly.
- Provide expert advice to customers on airline product requirements.
- Manage the administration of cargo bookings including loading flight reservations into the system and ensuring data accuracy.
- Coordinate with customers warehouses carriers customs and other relevant parties to meet shipment requirements.
- Monitor shipment statuses and update customers promptly.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and respond to their inquiries in a timely manner.
- Collaborate closely with the Billing Team to ensure accurate invoicing.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in airfreight customer service coloading or related fields.
- Strong skills in MS Office particularly Excel.
- Willingness to work on shifts and weekends as required.
