Roles and Responsibilities
1. Making outbound calls to prospective students to share information about our courses and programs
2. Building rapport with potential students and addressing any queries they may have about our offerings
3. Following up with leads generated through marketing campaigns to convert them into enrolled students
4. Collaborating with the sales team
5. Providing feedback to the management team on ways to enhance the effectiveness of our telecalling efforts

Requirements and skills
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
2. Ability to effectively communicate information and explain services to potential clients
3. Proficiency in spoken and written English and Hindi
4. Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
5. Attention to detail and ability to accurately record and update customer information
6. Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
7. Basic computer skills including knowledge of MS Office
8. Prior experience in a customer service or telecalling role is a plus
9. Interested in the media and entertainment industry
