What you ll do:
- Own client relationships acting as their primary point of contact.
- Masterfully manage contracts ensuring compliance and identifying opportunities.
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize service delivery and exceed client expectations.
- Collaborate crossfunctionally to drive innovation and process improvements.
What you ll need:
- Professionally fluent in Spanish and English
- Proven experience in client management
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Bachelors / Masters degree or equivalent in a related field
- ITIL V3/v4 certification
- CISCO CSM
