Job Description
Join our dynamic clients team in sunny Lisbon and be the face of the companys toptier clients!
As a Client Service Manager you ll be the driving force behind client satisfaction and contract success. You ll build strong relationships ensure smooth operations and drive continuous improvement.
What you ll do:
- Own client relationships acting as their primary point of contact.
- Masterfully manage contracts ensuring compliance and identifying opportunities.
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize service delivery and exceed client expectations.
- Collaborate crossfunctionally to drive innovation and process improvements.
What you ll need:
- Professionally fluent in Spanish and English
- Proven experience in client management
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Bachelors / Masters degree or equivalent in a related field
- ITIL V3/v4 certification
- CISCO CSM
