Silpakorn University is seeking a highly motivated Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is designed for only U.S. citizens to work remotely and support various functions within the university.
Responsibilities:
Manage and schedule appointments meetings and events for university staff.
Handle email correspondence including drafting proofreading and responding to messages.
Prepare and organize documents reports and presentations.
Conduct research and compile data for projects and reports.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry filing and maintaining records.
Coordinate communication between departments and external stakeholders.
Provide general support and problemsolving as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
