Required qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Risk Management Insurance Business or a related field
• Professional certification such as Associate in Commercial Underwriting (AU) Associate in Insurance Services (AIS) or equivalent
• 3 years of experience in fire insurance underwriting claims management or risk assessment
• Demonstrated knowledge of fire insurance principles including policy analysis and coverage determination
• Strong understanding of property underwriting and risk evaluation in the context of fire insurance
• Proficiency in data analysis financial modeling and risk assessment tools
• Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to interpret and apply fire safety codes regulations and industry standards
• Dedication to upholding ethical standards and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
• Aptitude for problemsolving critical thinking and decisionmaking in a fastpaced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy in assessing and processing fire insurance policies and claims
