Hi All
Now we are looking for CRM Executive.
Experience:3 to 5yrs
Location:Chennai
Provided training and support for team members on how to use the CRM system effectively. Monitored KPIs and provided feedback on the performance of CRM campaigns. Prepared and presented regular reports on customer relationship activities and outcomes to senior management. Analyzed customer data to create personalized experiences for customers across all channels. Provided technical support for customers with issues related to the use of CRM systems. Implemented CRM software system upgrades and integrated new technology into existing systemsProvided training and support for team members on how to use the CRM system effectively.
