Job Description
We are hiring for our client Talpro.
The Role:
Join our expanding Financial Planning and Analysis team and play a pivotal role in driving key business decisions through detailed analytics. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain a comprehensive understanding of our business operations from a toplevel management perspective. Ideal for an ambitious diligent and selfdriven individual with a proven track record in a similar financial role.
What You ll Do & How You ll Make Your Mark:
Revenue Analysis: Engage in detailed analysis across revenue models products pricing and tenure segmentation. Provide FP&A insights for major promotions and initiatives focusing on KPIs at brand customer and product levels.
Revenue Forecasting and Planning: Collaborate with marketing sales and support teams to set and refine revenue targets. Enhance revenue forecasting accuracy and pacing.
Reporting: Take responsibility for daily weekly and monthly financial reporting. Forecast and report on key performance indicators ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Marketing Expense Monitoring: Oversee and plan the budget for marketing expenditures.
Business Planning Support: Aid in the planning and launch of new products markets and initiatives.
Process Improvement: Own and enhance ongoing reporting and analysis processes. Automate standard reporting requirements and develop new methods to drive efficiency.
AdHoc Reporting: Quickly generate accurate adhoc reports based on specific business requirements.
Who You Are & What You ll Need to Succeed:
Experience: 13 years in the business finance domain including analytics dashboard creation and presentation for senior management.
Education: CA MBA or Masters in Finance. Experience in the SaaS industry is a plus.
Technical Skills: Exceptional knowledge of Advanced Excel.
Work Ethic: Capable of working both independently and as part of a team with excellent interpersonal skills.
Strategic Influence: Able to drive outcomes in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders.
Professional Standards: Known for superb accuracy and precision; highly organized.
Resilience: Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines requiring exceptional time management skills.
Time Commitment: Availability for at least 34 hours of daily overlap with US teams for effective coordination and interaction.
