Job Description

Overview:

The Back Office Executive & Assistant is a crucial role within the organization responsible for providing administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of the backoffice operations. This position plays a key role in maintaining efficient and organized processes handling documentation and facilitating communication between internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and organizing administrative tasks
  • Assisting with data entry and recordkeeping
  • Handling correspondence and communications
  • Coordinating with internal teams and external partners
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Supporting the team with various operational tasks
  • Managing office supplies and inventory
  • Assisting with scheduling and coordination of meetings
  • Providing general administrative support
  • Performing research and producing reports
  • Handling document management and file organization
  • Assisting with project management tasks
  • Contributing to process improvements
  • Supporting with adhoc tasks as required

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience in an administrative or backoffice role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Detailoriented and able to work independently
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Ability to adapt to a fastpaced and dynamic work environment
  • Familiarity with document management systems
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Team player with a proactive approach
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • Problemsolving skills and resourcefulness
