Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Generalist / Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 35 years of experience in human resources and possess a strong understanding of HR best practices. As an HR Generalist / Manager you will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions including recruitment employee relations performance management and compliance. You will be responsible for fostering a positive work environment and ensuring the smooth operation of HR activities.
Job Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Manage endtoend recruitment processes Campus Recruitment including job posting screening interviewing and selection.
- Coordinate and conduct onboarding processes for new employees ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the company.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns providing guidance and support.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and mediate employee disputes promoting a harmonious workplace.
Performance Management:
- Administer the performance appraisal process providing support to managers and employee.
- Work closely with department heads to develop and implement performance improvement plans.
Training & Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
- Support career development initiatives and succession planning efforts.
Compliance & Policy Management:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies updating HR policies as needed.
- Manage employee records and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with legal requirements.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct salary surveys and provide recommendations for salary adjustments and promotions.
HR Reporting & Analytics:
- Generate HR reports and analytics to provide insights into workforce trends and metrics.
- Assist in HR budgeting and forecasting activities.
Employee Engagement:
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and activities to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and work on action plans based on feedback.
Job Requirements:
- MBA in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- 35 years of experience in HR roles preferably in a generalist or managerial capacity Institutionalizing HR system and processes in startup experience as preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in handling HR functions in HRMS HR Operation Payroll etc.
- HRMS implementation and operationalizing experience.
