Were trying to find a freelance recruiter for our company. We are based to Ahmedabad
Experience: 1 year minimum (both IT and nonIT recruitment)
Pay: Depending on the selected candidates (Better to discuss on call)
PS: You are capable of WFH..
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Understanding the Job Description provided by the client
- Job Posting in various Portals
- Shortlisting of CV s
- Communicating with candidates Negotiating on salary/notice period
- Interview line up
- Feedback from the Interviewer and candidate.
- Excellent Communication Skill is a mandate
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
Skills:
- Must have experience of 1 year or above in handling the end to end recruitment
- Handling IT and NONIT Profiles.
