Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visual aspects of marketing materials website designs and other media including infographics social media graphics and email templates
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop design concepts and ensure consistency across all platforms
• Produce highquality designs under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into design concepts
• Manage and organize design assets and files
• Present and defend designs to key stakeholders
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the companys brand identity
• Work with printers and other vendors to ensure the highest quality production of marketing materials
• Support the creation of visual content for internal communications
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and workflows
• Adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all designs
• Receive and incorporate feedback to refine designs

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or related field
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign etc.)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment
• Understanding of typography color and layout principles
• Experience with web design principles and best practices
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of printing processes and specifications
• Familiarity with digital and social media platforms
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new techniques and software
• Understanding of marketing advertising and branding principles
• Experience in motion graphics and video editing is a plus
