Overview:
The Graphic Designer role is crucial for our organization as it involves creating visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire inform and captivate our target audience. As a Graphic Designer you will have the opportunity to contribute to the overall branding and marketing efforts of the company ensuring that our visual content is compelling and resonates with our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create visual aspects of marketing materials website designs and other media including infographics social media graphics and email templates
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop design concepts and ensure consistency across all platforms
- Produce highquality designs under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into design concepts
- Manage and organize design assets and files
- Present and defend designs to key stakeholders
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the companys brand identity
- Work with printers and other vendors to ensure the highest quality production of marketing materials
- Support the creation of visual content for internal communications
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and workflows
- Adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all designs
- Receive and incorporate feedback to refine designs
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or related field
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign etc.)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment
- Understanding of typography color and layout principles
- Experience with web design principles and best practices
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of printing processes and specifications
- Familiarity with digital and social media platforms
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new techniques and software
- Understanding of marketing advertising and branding principles
- Experience in motion graphics and video editing is a plus
