We are hiring a seasoned yard management professional in leadership role with 2030 years of experience in yard management and manpower management within the oil and gas industries for a leading multinational company in India!

Ideal candidate:
We are looking for an experienced yard management professional within the oil and gas industries in leadership role with 2030 years of experience in manpower management and has good knowledge or experience in fabrication.
Job Overview:
The Yard Head will play a critical role in the oil & gas industry by overseeing the efficient and safe operations of the yard. This position is vital in ensuring that all activities in the yard such as material handling facility management manpower management and equipment maintenance are carried out in compliance with safety standards and operational protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise yard operations and personnel
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental policies
- Manage yard and material handling operations
- Oversee equipment maintenance and repairs
- Optimize yard layout and storage for efficient operations
- Develop and implement operational procedures and protocols
- Coordinate with other departments for seamless workflow
- Monitor inventory levels and stock movements
- Resolve any operational issues and challenges
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections
- Create and maintain operational reports
- Train and develop yard personnel
- Implement costeffective measures for yard operations
- Participate in strategic planning for yard development
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and accurate services
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in yard and manpower management in the oil & gas industry
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance
- Excellent operational planning abilities
- Proficiency in equipment maintenance and repair procedures
- Sound knowledge of fabrication
- Ability to analyze and improve operational efficiency
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Problemsolving and decisionmaking capabilities
- Strong work ethic and commitment to operational excellence
