Job Description
Job Title: Graphic Designer / Prepress Operator
Location: Science City Ahmedabad
Salary: Negotiable
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design and prepress operations
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and detailoriented Graphic Designer / Prepress Operator to join our team at Company Name in Science City Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in graphic design and prepress operations with a strong understanding of the printing process. This role requires a keen eye for detail creativity and technical expertise to ensure that all designs are printready and meet highquality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Creation: Develop and design creative concepts layouts and graphics for print and digital media including brochures flyers packaging and other marketing materials.
Prepress Preparation: Prepare and check files for print ensuring they meet the specifications for various printing processes (offset digital etc.).
File Management: Manage and organize graphic files ensuring they are properly saved backed up and ready for production.
Quality Control: Review and proof all designs to ensure they are printready including checking colors fonts images and layout consistency.
Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to ensure that designs are executed correctly and meet the client s expectations.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any issues related to file preparation print specifications and production processes.
Software Proficiency: Use industrystandard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop InDesign) and other prepress tools to create and finalize designs.
Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their design needs and ensure their requirements are met in the final product.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design and prepress operations.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop InDesign) and other prepress software.
Strong understanding of the printing process and print production techniques.
Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Good communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Creative mindset with a passion for design and innovation.
