Responsibilities
- Market Research and Strategy:
- Conduct indepth market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
- Develop strategic plans to penetrate target markets and expand our client base.
- Client Acquisition:
- Generate leads through various channels including networking referrals and participation in industry events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns that resonate with potential clients.
- Relationship Building:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders understanding their business challenges and goals.
- Engage in consultative selling to position our IT services as solutions to client needs.
- Proposal Development:
- Prepare and present comprehensive proposals ensuring alignment with client requirements and expectations.
- Collaborate with technical teams to customize solutions based on client feedback.
- Sales Lifecycle Management:
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Crossfunctional Collaboration:
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure a deep understanding of our services and their value proposition.
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve our offerings based on market feedback.
- Market Intelligence:
- Keep abreast of industry trends competitor activities and emerging technologies.
- Provide insights and recommendations to leadership based on market intelligence.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- Proven success in B2B sales within the IT services sector with a minimum of 24 years of experience.
- Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
