The Artificial Intelligence Specialist will play a crucial role in developing and implementing AIdriven solutions to enhance the company s healthcare services. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design develop and deploy machine learning models and algorithms that will improve decisionmaking processes optimize operations and deliver personalized healthcare experiences to millions of customers. This role requires a deep understanding of AI technologies data analysis and a commitment to maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive health information.

Design develop and implement AI models and algorithms to solve complex healthcare challenges.

Collaborate with data scientists engineers and healthcare professionals to identify opportunities for AI applications within the organization.

Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and patterns that can inform decisionmaking.

Develop and maintain machine learning pipelines and frameworks that are scalable reliable and secure.

Monitor the performance of AI models continuously improving accuracy and efficiency.

Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive health information.

Contribute to the development of AI strategies that align with the company s longterm goals and objectives.

Stay current with advancements in AI and healthcare technology to drive innovation within the organization.

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Data Science Artificial Intelligence or a related field.

Proven experience in developing and deploying AI models in a professional setting preferably within the healthcare industry.

Strong programming skills in languages such as Python R or Java with experience in machine learning libraries and frameworks like TensorFlow PyTorch or Scikitlearn.

Expertise in data analysis data mining and statistical modeling.

Knowledge of healthcare data privacy regulations (e.g. HIPAA) and experience working with sensitive health information.

Excellent problemsolving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.

Experience working in a confidential and regulated environment is highly desirable.
