Hiring Data Analyst Trainee

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect clean and analyze recruitment data to identify patterns and trends.
• Assist in creating reports and dashboards to visualize recruitment metrics and performance.
• Support the development and refinement of hiring strategies based on data insights.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to the HR and recruitment teams.
• Assist in conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform talent acquisition strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and requirements for recruitment analytics.
• Contribute to improving data collection methods related to the hiring process.
• Participate in training programs to enhance data analysis skills and knowledge.
• Assist in adhoc data analysis tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Data Science Statistics Human Resources or a related field.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel SQL and statistical software.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication skills to convey datadriven insights to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Understanding of recruitment processes and HR metrics.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Knowledge of data visualization techniques and tools.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis.
• Problemsolving skills to tackle recruitment challenges using datadriven approaches.
• Experience with data cleaning and preprocessing techniques.
