Overview:
The Hiring Data Analyst Trainee plays a crucial role in supporting the recruitment and hiring processes by leveraging data to optimize decisionmaking. This individual will work closely with the HR and recruitment teams to analyze and interpret data identify trends and produce meaningful insights that drive informed hiring strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect clean and analyze recruitment data to identify patterns and trends.
- Assist in creating reports and dashboards to visualize recruitment metrics and performance.
- Support the development and refinement of hiring strategies based on data insights.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to the HR and recruitment teams.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Data Science Statistics Human Resources or a related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel SQL and statistical software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication skills to convey datadriven insights to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Understanding of recruitment processes and HR metrics.
