Job Description

Overview

The Team Leader Sales plays a critical role in leading and managing the sales team to achieve targets and drive revenue for the organization. This position is essential for maintaining a strong sales force and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback for improvement
  • Ensure effective coordination between sales marketing and other departments
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions for team members
  • Manage key customer accounts and build strong relationships with clients
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and development
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Stay updated with industry trends and market dynamics to make informed decisions

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
  • Proven experience in sales or business development role
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and targetdriven environment
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales management tools
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and business conferences
  • Understanding of customer relationship management and sales techniques
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
