Summary: Were hiring an Investment Analyst/Associate for a real estate asset management firm based in NCR. The company manages over $900M worth of assets with funds acquired from FDI and various other sources. They acquire office buildings upgrade them and then lease them out as office spaces.
Compensation: INR 1215 lakhs per annum
Location: Noida (onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Engage in thorough market analysis utilizing both internal and external research to develop market thesis
- Identify and procure investment opportunities within specified market sectors.
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of investment opportunities.
- Develop intricate financial models to assess individual opportunities.
- Run due diligence procedures and deal finalization.
- Supervise and coordinate the diligence process including overseeing thirdparty advisors/consultants.
- Participate in commercial negotiations investment structuring legal documentation and transaction closure.
- Monitor and track the current business plan for portfolio assets while projecting future performance.
- Actively collaborate with portfolio assets and companies to identify value drivers strategies that enhance asset value and monetization prospects.
- Lead preparation of pitch materials and presentations for potential investors.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive fundraising activities.
- Manage investor relations including addressing inquiries and providing updates to investors.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate/Graduate from a reputed institute
- Minimum 1 year of work experience prior knowledge of commercial real estate preferred
- Indepth expertise in financial modelling PowerPoint presentations
