Job Description
HMS Time Control application
Experience: 4 to 5 Years
Budget: 12 to 15 L PA
Location: Hyderabad
No. Of Positions: 2
Mode Of Hire: Contract/FTE
Notice: Immediate to 3 weeks
HMS Time Control application. They will also be used in supporting JIRA and Confluence applications as well based on the tickets in the queue. Below is a summary of Job duties. Please do the needful to get good profiles for screening.
1. Provide technical support for the HMS Time Control application including troubleshooting and resolving issues reported by users.
2. Provide technical support for JIRA and Confluence applications including troubleshooting and resolving issues reported by users.
3. Monitor the performance of the application and implement improvements as necessary.
4. Train users on how to use the application effectively and create user guides and other documentation.
5. Work closely with the development team to understand updates and new features and communicate these to users.
6. Assist with the implementation and upgrade of the application including data migration and testing.
7. Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure the application integrates well with other systems.
8. Provide regular reports on application usage performance and issues.
