Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage operations associates handling Mutual Fund and Fixed Deposit operations.
Oversee transaction requests and KYC processes for firsttime investors.
Ensure accurate reconciliation with RTAs (CAMS & Karvy).
Facilitate smooth interactions with AMCs and RTAs for daily operations.
Streamline client onboarding processes.
Handle brokerage reconciliations with AMCs for Mutual Funds and Fixed Deposits.
Manage partner brokerage reconciliations for MF and FDs.
Gather user feedback and collaborate with engineering and product teams to enhance our offerings.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of 5 years experience with a wealth management firm or mutual fund house.
Deep knowledge of mutual fund and FD operations.
Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.
Fluency in English is essential.
